Kaster moved to Marco Island from Green Bay, WI in 1986 to work for the Marriott's Marco Island Resort after studying Hotel & Restaurant management at the University of Wisconsin - STOUT. Dave has been a top producing agent for over 18 years. He is a member of Re/Max's Hall of Fame, Chairman's Club, and Platinum Club. Kaster has been able to reach this elite status within the Marco Island/Naples market because of his ability to give his clients "Midwestern Values with Southern Hospitality". He is completely "computerized" and cites "I use the latest technology to better serve my clients". He has an excellent working relationship with other top selling agents on Marco and in Naples. Kaster has an extensive background in waterfront homesite sales and new construction along with an emphasis in helping sellers exchange their properties. Dave has received his GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). Dave has become known throughout the real estate community as "THE LOT GUY" because of his strong emphasis in new home construction and expertise in marketing and selling waterfront lots. He now lives and specialize in selling properties in Fiddler's Creek.

Children's Miracle Network and RE/MAX are paired as closely as their exuberant hot air balloon logos, tied by their desire to provide independence to local communities. Since RE/MAX became the exclusive real estate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network in 1992, RE/MAX Associates have raised more than $45.5 million for the charity.

Founded in 1983, Children's Miracle Network generates health-care funds and awareness programs for the benefit of children. The nonprofit organization's 174 participating hospitals across North America help 17 million children annually.

RE/MAX Associates raise funds for Children's Miracle Network in a variety of ways including:

Pledging a contribution derived from each transaction involving a RE/MAX Miracle Home.

Staging fund-raising events - from parking-lot flea markets to minnow racing.

Handling the phones at the organization's annual telethon fund-raising event, the largest of its kind in the world.


Miracle Home

The Miracle Home Program, exclusive to RE/MAX International, allows a RE/MAX Associate to make a donation on behalf of each transaction to Children's Miracle Network. The partnership underscores Sales Associate involvement in the communities in which they live and serve. RE/MAX Sales Associates are unique in that a majority of the donations received by Children's Miracle Network from RE/MAX are the direct result of Associates' hard work rather than solicited from customers.
